Phase 1

Foundation

We kick off this phase with the Growth Blueprint: A two-week sprint where we learn about your business and create a game plan for the next 3–6 months.

Next, we'll conduct customer interviews, straighten out your messaging, and update your website, so it sells the heck out of your product.

This phase is critical: here, we decide what to tell your buyers (on your website, your ads, etc.) and how we intend to reach them. This phase takes 1–3 months, depending on the engagement and website work required.

Phase 2

Go-To-Market

Now, we have an excellent website to sell your product, and understand which message will resonate with your buyers.

Time to turn on your ads! If applicable, we launch your Google Ads campaigns first to catch people in buying mode. Next, we launch paid social ads (most likely, LinkedIn) to get your product in front of your audience at scale.

Phase 3 is easy to explain. We do more of what's working, and less of what's not working.
